Spouse is defined as the other partner of a legal marriage in any state of the U.S. and its territories or any country recognized by
the United Nations. A certificate of marriage will be required for eligibility of funds. A birth certificate, social security card, passport
or drivers license may also be required.
Dependent children is defined as, any child under the age of 22 who is by birth or stepchild or legally adopted to the member.
A birth certificate, adoption papers, social security card or passport will be required for identification and proof of relationship to
the member.
Family is defined as a spouse and or dependent child.
Priority given to VA Rating 50% or more.
Financial grants for each eligible member or members family to meet personal, short and long term living needs in these areas; Food,
rent or utilities, emergency transportation and vehicle repair, funeral expenses, legal expenses, medical/dental expenses, assistance
with a home, rental, lease, purchase or home improvements, assistance with the purchase, rent or lease of a vehicle.
